Briarwood Apartments is located on the southeast side of Lafayette and is a federally subsidized apartment community, with rent and eligibility determined by government regulations. Our community offers one and two bedroom apartments ( including those that are wheelchair accessible), and three bedroom townhomes. Our apartment homes are well-maintained and are located on beautifully landscaped grounds near lots of options for shopping and dining. We offer several community amenities, including limited access entry, a clubhouse, on-site maintenance teams and a playground. The apartments and townhomes also feature spacious closets, patios or balconies, and exterior storage. This community is owned and managed by the Gene B. Glick Company.
